    To last sentence, could appear as nonsense so understand as: if no JS, put alternative css in <noscript> tags 😉

    Keep it simple, so firstly you must accept that you cant detect touch device responsible and depending on that keep in mind that hover menu on touch can be useless. And responsivness is mostly for touch dev. That linked with your responsivnes question about menu. And second try to find something about css queries to make menu depending on screen size.  Make the menu from scratch and depending on size of screen make it more complex with css. Have on mind that menu that fully depends on javascript is useless when js not posible. So best way is make menu with css, for touch use javasript to simulate touch and if no js on device have basic menu again. 😉

    Thanks for that link ivicav, because it fits to me, for my situation. Im changing between two different tag clouds accordingly which part of my web you browsing. Im doing it by detecting their ids which is not much good because it can change by moving widgets in admin. I have to remake that code. So here you can see that even you think you ask something stupid, someone can find it usefull. 🙂 (btw that << smiley is smiling like rascal :D)

    oooh whats wrong thats told me as I can use <code> tags, ok but I want them use for semantic, not as code 😀

    edit:hey guys somthing broken, maybe that I use several times blockquote in here your parser disapointed. 🙂

    copy – paste : <a href=”” title=””> <blockquote cite=””> <cite> <code> <em> <strong> <pre class=”” title=””> <p> <del> <ins> <ul> <ol> <li> see?

    Fixed as (in your function.php):

    function childtheme_override_doctitle() {
    $separator = apply_filters(‘thematic_doctitle_separator’, ‘|’);
    $doctitle = ” . “\n”;
    if ( is_tax(‘attachment_tag’)) {$doctitle = ” ;}
    echo $doctitle;
    }

    Edit:heres not working paste code??? (code as you see here is not correct! )I had to put it here http://pastebin.com/NaNavgWQ

    I tried filtering thematic_wptitle function with copy of their code added  <code>elseif is_tax()</code>

    and add_filter( ‘thematic_wptitle’, ‘custom_thematic_wptitle’); but with no luck. Anyone can say someting to this issue?

    Dear Middle Sister, you understand clearly, your answer when you says:

    On a tag archive, if a post has more than one tag then the current selected tag is removed from the tag list and the string “Also tagged” is used for the rest of the tags of the post. If a post only has one tag then the default “Tagged” is used, showing that tag.

    makes everything clear to me. Thanks.

    I didnt understant that logic. Now it make sense to me. For your better translating: In Czech is not a proper word for “Tag” so since i hate translate it as “štítek” which means “label” Im using “topic” whot make sense to its purpose better for me. I have minimal tags for my posts. I dont want ten posts and tousand tags for them. 😀  My tag cloug Im trying to keep as simple as possible becose I hate websites with huge clouds of tag. I believe that tags are some type of taxonomy and taxonomy helps people to sort things as they want so finaly all theese things works like menu and menu should be simple for easy findings.

    So Know when the concrete post have more than one Tag is everything ok and I see there is no bug. 🙂

    If you have any idea Im solving next language trouble here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-use-custom-locale-mopo-file-for-custom-posts-is-it-proper-thought?replies=1#post-4662048 si if you have an idea maybe i find the cure or WP will be better in future at least.

    Thank for again you explanation of my earlier issue 🙂

    in reply to: Is thematic responsive? #3678

    Gene, I made responsive my child theme and it did not seems to me to be “requires a lot of work within the child theme either filtering or overriding the parent” as you wrote. It took approx. 30 hours of work (but huge of the time was debugging for Apple a, iphone, diiferent browsers as IE, opera…)

    But what i really afraid is what happens when while have responsive css file passed to HTML 4 tags, I will have to remake if thematic become HTML 5 Tagged (no divs only classes=divs etc…) So I will have to remake css styles .. ???

    For everyone who trying to remake thematic for responsible I give a advice which I found on google somewhere. Dont rush yourself with having IE 7 and lower responsible with css queries, becouse no tablet have IE7 built in… and where resides IE lte 7 there is a classic computer with BIG monitor. Its really simple and I love that someones idea. For that reason is enough to use conditional comment with desktop (only percentage without working css queries) for IE lower than 8.

    Thx for like my site 🙂 I work many days on it and still making it better if I found good idea.
    But Im very confused about POST_CLASS and BODY_CLaSS. Till today I understood that I should use only “POST_CLASS” from versions 1.0.3.1 and newer. But you telling me use THEMATIC_POST_CLASS.
    In begining of this thread is clearly told that using classes without prefix is correct .

    Could you specify me some article or other discussion where I can better understand what is better use and waht is wrong and WHY? If POST_CLASS is with bugs it will be probubly repaired soon and I shloud use it insteda THEMATIC_POST_ CLASS which is deprecated from 1.0.3.1 version. This is How I understand. AM I WRONG?

    Thank you for explain. Please write so clearly as you can Im not english man. (only learned 🙂 )

    Im glad that I helped you. Its great cooperation 😀

    Today I updgraded to v 1.0.3.2 so we will have new issues 😀 -joke

    Filter should be only “body_class” not “thematic_body_class” isnt? As Helga wrote. …?! my english not so good Im from europe.

    But thanks for coop , i read you many times before, Gene, Helgatheviking, and others forums what appears when I was tried solve some problem via google. It was really hard to find which classes i used was deprecated. So if I identified them (approx almost! whole weekend ? ), I could make some other reserch in code to find the way. And after years on internet I relalized that forums are very good to find what you need. see the results on http://www.danielkral.cz .
