    Yes , but i need to know if i can do a conditional sidebar ,when the taxonomy loop i added above active , i want sidebar different than , when category loop is active …. is that possible ?

    as i already said you need to change thematic_sidebar() to get_sidebar(‘your_special_sidebar’) and then also create a your_special_sidebar.php file. you are sort of beyond traditional thematic, try searching around for general wordress tutorials on the subject.

    i’d like to make thematic_sidebar() filterable in this way, but it isn’t yet.

    How to do this please (create more widget areas and define each one to only display on a particular page template.)?
