    Hey all,

I know enough css and php to be dangerous and was hoping someone with more knowledge can help me with my issue.  I am using the Power Up child theme and would like to have a logo and a block of text side-by-side above the header image.  I have tried a number of different things, but it never comes out looking ok or I lose the header image completely.

    Solutions?

    TIA!

It is totally super easy CSS, if you have a link to the site, that would be awesome. It is just I don’t have the theme, so I can’ t know how the HTML structure is (if it is different from Thematic).

There are a few different ways to do this.

With CSS, an example is – http://codepen.io/scottnix/pen/wdlBF

Or you could add the IMG for the logo directly in the HTML using -> https://gist.github.com/scottnix/6372886 and just add the CSS from the description in the above CSS

These are both kind of examples, not really a 100% this is how to do it.
